Privacy Notice

Plain-English version of how we handle the information you share with us. No dark patterns, no surprises.

What we collect

If you fill out the contact form or book a consult, we collect what you submit:

• Your name and company name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you give it
• The message or notes you write
• Your rough budget, if you select one on the booking widget

We also use Cloudflare's standard analytics for the site itself (page views, country, anonymized IP). We don't run third-party advertising trackers, and we don't fingerprint you across the web.

How we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry, schedule the consultation, and follow up on the work. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone outside the subprocessors listed below.

Where your information goes

To keep this honest, here are the third-party services your information actually touches:

• Cloudflare — hosts this site and handles your form submission as it travels.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on our forms (replaces CAPTCHA, no tracking).
• Resend — delivers the email notification of your submission to our inbox, and sends our reply.
• Google Calendar — if you book a consult, the event lands on our team calendar (your name, email, and message are stored on the event).

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages stay in our email archive as part of normal business records unless you ask us to delete them. Booking events stay on the calendar through the appointment and are cleaned up periodically afterward.

Cold outreach

We sometimes send introductory emails to local businesses we think we'd be a good fit for, using publicly available contact information. Every cold email includes an unsubscribe link. If you ask us to stop, we stop — and you go on a permanent suppression list so it doesn't happen again.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Show you what we have on file about you
• Delete what we have on file
• Stop emailing you

Cookies

This site sets only the cookies required to make features work (booking, form CSRF, bot protection). There's no analytics cookie consent banner because we don't track you across sessions or sites.
